OEG is delighted to partner with Ben Line Agencies (Taiwan) to deliver OEG's first cargo units supplied directly from Taiwan to support offshore wind farm projects in the region.
An initial rental consignment of 20ft x 8ft heavy-lift half height containers, built and certified to DNV 2.7-1 and ISO 10855 was successfully and safely loaded aboard a multi-role construction vessel at Taichung port last week.
John Aw, OEG Offshore's Regional Director for the Asia Pacific commented, “OEG is an established rental partner in the APAC region with a substantial network of fully stocked bases where customers have sourced a versatile range of offshore containers, modules, and associated services since 2009. Through our partnership with Ben Line Agencies (Taiwan), an increased fleet of cargo carrying units will be available for sale and rental from our Taiwan operations base, providing fast and efficient service to the emerging offshore wind farm sector.
