The OEG Offshore AS team, based in Tananger, Norway, were recipients of the coveted ‘Inspiration Award’ at the Lean Conference 2024, which took place last week.
The Lean Conference, organized by the Lean User Network, is Norway's foremost arena for sharing experiences and best practice in Lean methodology. The Inspiration Award is awarded to companies that excel at using Lean to create lasting improvements and value creation.
Through targeted work with Lean methodology, OEG Offshore AS has shown how systematic improvements can create significant operational enhancements and help to foster an inclusive and innovative corporate culture, resulting in increased well-being and commitment among employees.
