OEG is delighted to announce another significant step forward in our commitment to Guyana's burgeoning offshore energy sector.

OEG Offshore’s local team in Guyana.

As part of our broader investment initiative into the Caribbean and South American region, OEG has further invested substantially in new equipment in support of its commitment, recently delivering an extensive fleet of offshore cargo carrying units (CCUs) and well completion packages available on the ground to service the energy supply chain.

This investment represents a strong vote of confidence in the future of Guyana's energy market and reinforces our dedication to continue fostering growth in the region.

Lallman Jagarnauth, OEG’s Country Manager in Guyana, expressed his enthusiasm for this milestone. He said, "This investment is a testament to OEG’s unwavering commitment to Guyana's energy sector. As a local Guyanese professional, I am proud to be part of a company that drives forward the offshore energy industry with bespoke and innovative equipment solutions. It underlines our focus on creating sustainable economic development and lasting value in Guyana."
Kevin Saroop, Regional Director of OEG’s Caribbean and South American region, shared his perspective on the development. "Guyana holds great potential for the OEG group of companies, and we are dedicated to supporting its growth. Our investments here signify our determination to be a catalyst for positive change in the Caribbean and South American area. OEG prides itself as the largest supplier of offshore equipment (within this sphere) internationally and available within the region, on its ability to continue to bring innovation, expertise, and resources to foster local development and prosperity in Guyana and beyond."

OEG Offshore has operated in the region since 2013 and employs approximately 100 full time staff from bases in Trinidad, Guyana, and Suriname.
