The OEG Offshore team in Darwin, Australia has designed and manufactured a series of bespoke spill containment bunds for the Ichthys LNG Project operated by INPEX.
The multi-purpose containment system is inserted into a 10ft or 20ft container and offers safe storage and transportation of drums, IBCs and other substances used in the offshore industry.
Dirk Alber, OEG Regional Director said, “Our existing relationship with INPEX and wider supply chain has provided the opportunity to deliver further cost-effective and innovative solutions for the large-scale LNG project. We have product specialists who design and manufacture equipment for our customers throughout Australia and beyond.”
OEG Offshore continues to supply standard DNV 2.7-1 cargo units and helifuel tanks through a long-term rental contract to support future production from the Ichthys LNG project.
