Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections as required by OEG, Customers and Suppliers.
• Ensure the receiving of materials is carried out accurately and in a timely manner, checking for damage, quantity and appropriate certification. Training to be given where required.
• Processing delivery notes and certification for receipting purposes originating from OEG Purchase Orders.
• Scan and file all relevant documentation and certification.
• Facilitate loading/unloading of vehicles as required for deliveries, forklift, pallet truck and other lifting devices if fully trained where to do so and In line with manual handling procedures where appropriate.
• Creation of delivery notes via Sales Orders for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stock with guidance of the Procurement Supervisor.
• Raising of material requisitions for managing of stock levels.
• Daily interaction with OEG staff for requests and stock issue sheets
• Packaging and delivering of Sales Orders as required by OEG.
• Receiving of materials from out with OEG that require receiving manually and
• Receipted via OEG IT system.
• Raising of stock requisitions including PPE required for onshore/offshore personnel.
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean and tidy manner and ensure vehicle(s) are fuelled and or charged.
• Ensure personal PPE is worn when appropriate.

Skills & Experience

• Good communicator
• Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
• Experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential
• Basic use and understanding or willingness to learn working with Excel and OEG systems.
• Driving licence
• Forklift Licence

Qualifications

• Standard Grade English and Maths, or equivalent
